Travel with backpack tent

It's good to know that you always have a backpack tent inside a closet, that you can carry out in the mountain (when hiking) or in the emergency situations. So, nothing can surprise you. You just put it on your back, and have a shelter under the sky.

There are few things abaout backpack tents:

Group size: If you have a family of just one or two kids, a  two person backpack tent should be enough. It may be a tight squeeze, but in times of trouble it doesn't matter. If you are just worrying about you, one person high adventure backpack tents will afford you much more space.
Carrying Distance:  If you have to go farther, use lighter backpack tents.
Climate:If you live in a less temperate area a 4 season tent may be necessary to keep you covered should an emergency hit in the winter time.
Comfort: If you are a single person looking to use a 1-person tent, you could use a tube tent. If you are a family, you can cram you and your kids into a smaller tent for convenience, or to make the situation a little more comfortable, you could upgrade to a bigger tent.
