Beautifully village Brinje in Lika, on the slopes of the Great Chapel and Velebit is a region of extremely continental climate. Once a favorite fort of Frankopan princes, conceals a building of exceptional value: Chapel St. Fabian and Sebastian (one-nave church from the 14th century), church, sokolac (one of the most beautiful monuments of the Middle Ages), the stone bridge over the creek Gate, with over 200 years old sunny clock. If you go in Lika, or you're just a random passer-by on the way to the sea, stop and enjoy the immense beauty of this region!
