Krapinske toplice - Croatia

Krapinske spa are known as a spa resort in a quiet valley surrounded by picturesque hills of Croatian Zagorje. They are well known for its natural healing waters from Roman times, called "Aquae Viva", which means living water. Guests can use indoor and outdoor pools, a system of pedestrian trails and bicycle routes, "two sources" that connects like the name indicates, the two sources - Krapinske and Tuheljske Spa.
 
 
City boasts a beautiful church of the Holy Trinity, the Chapel of Mary Magdalene, and there you can visit the mausoleum of Jakob Badl, founder of the spa. Today, in addition to "the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation Krapinske Spa" there are three hospitals in private ownership: Special Hospital for cardio-vascular surgery and cardiology, "Magdalena", Special Hospital for Orthopaedics and Traumatology "Akromion" and "Vita," clinic for internal medicine.
